- with more coming soon!
Looking to embed The Scribbles Crew in your Education Setting?
For our PLUS+ members, The Scribbles Crew implementation framework shares ideas for how you can introduce The Scribbles Crew as a whole-school approach to understanding emotions and feelings through a simple, 4-step process: Identify Emotions and Feelings, Self-Regulation, Empathy, and Social Skills. From our experience by implementing The Scribbles Crew into your Educational Setting, you will be building a culture of emotional literacy whereby mental health and wellbeing are at the forefront. This will help the global mission of working to de-stigmatise mental health (Department of Health England , 2015) for future generations to come.
Want to introduce Peer Mediation?
For our PLUS+ members, this is a brief 20+ page guide to introducing Peer Mediation in your school setting. How Peer Mediation is introduced will look different in each setting, but Exciting Teacher have put together this brief guide to get you started.
Children helping other children sort out disagreements – that’s what peer mediation is all about (Johnson and Johnson, 2009). For Peer Mediation to be successful, all Peer Mediators must receive appropriate training in the core principles of Peer Mediation prior to starting their role. Peer Mediation should be part of a whole-school approach to peer conflict resolution.
Suitable for KS2, in particular Year 5 and 6.
The ‘Peer Mediation Guide’ aligns with several statutory England PSHE curriculum* objectives and the Scottish Health and Wellbeing Curriculum. *in line with the PSHE Association 2021 Statutory Guidance.

About our Founder, Channon Gray
Channon grew up in Cornwall before studying Social Anthropology at the London School of Economics (LSE) in 2014. Upon graduating from University in 2017, Channon spent time as a Teaching Assistant in a local Primary School before heading off to New York to work as a Fine Art Counsellor at a summer camp. In 2019, Channon began studying at Cambridge University completing her PGCE in General Primary and a Masters in Education degree. Whilst working as a Primary School Teacher during the Pandemic, Channon realised her passion for supporting children and families with their wellbeing. She now works for the NHS in Children’s Mental Health as an Education Mental Health Practitioner delivering Low-Intensity CBT interventions alongside Exeter University. This is where the Exciting Teacher Member’s Club was formed, out of an interest in increasing access to high-quality mental health-related resources for teachers to deliver themselves in classrooms around the world. In 2025, the Exciting Teacher Member’s Club was upgraded to the Exciting Teacher Hub – what an exciting time!
What began as a project to share resources with the Education community has grown into a global community of over 1,500 practitioners, teachers, parents, carers, professionals, and more using these resources! Exciting Teacher has now branched out beyond Mental Health and Wellbeing into the wider PSHE Curriculum. It is a really exciting time to be joining the Club on our journey!
