Wellbeing is crucial to our overall happiness and mental health. We have put together a calendar of daily wellbeing challenges. The perfect resource for children, young people and adults. The calendar has been made specifically with children in mind.
This summer you have the opportunity to take time to work on your mental health and wellbeing whilst supporting your child in developing their emotional literacy. It is important that we learn how to be present at the moment and appreciate the world around us. Day 2 of the daily wellbeing challenge invites your child (or children) to set themself a goal for the month ahead. This should be realistic and achievable. Some other highlights include Day 18, which is World Photography Day as well as Day 23 which invites you to learn about controlled breathing for when things are not going to plan.
The calendar has a range of activities that are easy to do, affordable, and cover different skills. From arts and crafts, nature walks, and sporting activities, there is something for everyone! Why not involve the whole family?
