Wellbeing is crucial to our overall happiness and mental health so we have put together a calendar of daily wellbeing challenges for september. The perfect resource for children, young people and adults. The daily wellbeing challenge September has been made specifically with children in mind. Print it off, pop it on your fridge or display it in your classroom!
Let’s kick start September on a positive note!
Let’s start September with a new beginning and a sense of change. September is a time when people often feel nervous about change, especially when it comes to young people returning back to school. This challenge has been created to support young people in navigating those changes and keeping their general wellbeing in check.
Why not step away from the screen and do something you love one evening? Alternatively, celebrate National Read a Book Day on the 6th of September and National Fitness Day on the 21st. Tell someone how much they mean to you and remember a time when you were brave! Ask someone how they are doing, get grooving and create a rainbow out of objects around your house.
The ‘daily wellbeing challenge September’ has a range of activities that are easy to do, affordable, and cover different skills. Get outdoors, stretch, learn to breathe deeply or doodles. The daily wellbeing challenge has something for everyone to get involved with.
